IGI report availability depends on the ring and selected configuration. Before ordering, contact us to confirm which stones are covered, how many reports are included, and whether documentation is provided on paper or electronically.

A report for a center stone does not by itself confirm separate grading reports for side stones. If a report is confirmed, ask for its report number and any inscription details so you can check them against IGI records.

How do I find the right size?

For the most reliable result, have the intended finger measured by a jeweler with a physical ring sizer. You can also compare the inside diameter of a well-fitting ring with our Ring Size Guide. At-home measurements are estimates; contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

How long until I have my jewelry?

Each piece is made to order in approximately 1–2 weeks. After dispatch, tracked express delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. Destination and customs processing can affect the final arrival date, and we will contact you if production is delayed.

What is your return policy?

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 90 days of delivery under our Refund Policy. The item must meet the stated condition requirements. Engraved pieces, items resized after delivery, final-sale items and materially customized designs are not eligible unless they arrive defective or incorrect. Prior authorization is required before sending any item back.
