Each piece is made to order in approximately 1-2 weeks. After dispatch, tracked express delivery usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. Tracking is emailed when your order leaves our studio.
Limited Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty
AIMINIA warrants the original purchaser against manufacturing defects in the metalwork and setting for the life of the piece. Coverage is confirmed after inspection. When a covered defect is found, AIMINIA may repair or replace the affected component at its discretion.
Care services
Where appropriate for the design and condition, covered service may include prong tightening, professional cleaning, polishing or rhodium plating. Service availability is determined after inspection.
What is not covered
- Normal wear, scratches, finish changes or gradual metal loss.
- Loss, theft, accidental impact, misuse, improper storage or exposure to chemicals.
- Damage to or loss of stones caused by impact, wear or failure to obtain recommended maintenance.
- Work performed by another jeweler, including repair, resizing or alteration.
- Changes in personal preference or ring size after the complimentary resizing period.
Complimentary 90-Day Resizing
One standard resizing is complimentary within 90 days of delivery when the design can be safely resized. Eternity bands, extensive pave settings and certain custom designs may not be resizable; we will confirm available options after inspection.
