For our international customers, we always ship the fastest way via FedEx, which usually takes 3-10 business days depending on your location. To ensure safe delivery of your domestic and international orders, we require a signature upon delivery. Alternatively, you can drop off your package at the nearest FedEx facility and pick it up securely with photo ID. Once your package is shipped, our team will email you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your shipment.

If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 7 business days
Keep in mind that it may also take your bank or credit card company some time to process and issue the refund.
