Production & Shipping Timeline
Every Aiminia ring is 100% custom-made for you. We maintain full transparency with clear timelines and keep you updated at every stage.
Step 1: CAD Design Approval (1–5 Business Days)
After placing your order, our designers create a detailed 3D CAD model tailored to your specifications (stone, metal, size, engraving, etc.). You will receive the CAD rendering for review and approval. Revisions are welcome until you are 100% satisfied. No production begins without your approval.
Step 2: Production & Handcrafting (7–14 Business Days)
Once CAD is approved, we source IGI certified lab-grown diamonds and premium 18K gold. Our master artisans begin handcrafting your piece with multiple quality checkpoints throughout the process.
Step 3: Final Quality Inspection & Packaging (1–2 Business Days)
Each ring undergoes rigorous inspection by our gemologists. We include the official diamond certification (IGI), authenticity card, care instructions, and luxury jewelry box.
Step 4: Shipping (2–5 Business Days)
Free Worldwide Shipping via FedEx or DHL Express Priority. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Total time from order to delivery is typically 12–23 business days.
