Production & Delivery Timeline

Every AIMINIA piece is made to order. The standard production window is approximately 1-2 weeks, followed by tracked express delivery that usually takes 3-5 business days.

1. Order review

We confirm your selected ring size, carat and metal options. If a design requires CAD or customization approval, we will contact you before production begins.

2. Production and quality control

Crafting, setting, finishing and final inspection are completed within the approximately 1-2 week production window. IGI documentation is included where stated for the selected piece.

3. Dispatch and delivery

After dispatch, tracked express delivery usually takes 3-5 business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves our studio and may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Timing notes

Custom revisions, material availability, destination customs and carrier disruptions may extend the estimate. If the expected timeline changes, we will contact you promptly.
