Production and Delivery

Each AIMINIA piece is made to order. Production normally takes approximately 1-2 weeks before dispatch. Designs requiring customer approval or additional customization may take longer; we will confirm any change before proceeding.

After dispatch, tracked express delivery usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. Worldwide shipping is complimentary, and a signature may be required for secure delivery.

Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves our studio and may take up to 24 hours to activate. Delivery estimates begin at dispatch, not at the order date.

Address changes

Email hello@aiminiajewelry.com as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. An address cannot be changed after the parcel enters transit.

Customs and delays

Customs clearance, severe weather and carrier disruptions can affect delivery timing. We will help with carrier enquiries, but customs decisions are controlled by the destination authority.
