Each piece is made to order in approximately 1–2 weeks. After dispatch, tracked express delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. Destination and customs processing can affect the final arrival date, and we will contact you if production is delayed.
What is your return policy?

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 90 days of delivery under our Refund Policy. The item must meet the stated condition requirements. Engraved pieces, items resized after delivery, final-sale items and materially customized designs are not eligible unless they arrive defective or incorrect. Prior authorization is required before sending any item back.
