About Our Diamonds
Are these real diamonds?
Yes. Our lab-grown diamonds are 100% real diamonds. They share the exact same physical, chemical, and optical properties as mined diamonds. The only difference is their origin—ours are grown in a controlled lab environment rather than dug from the earth. They are not fakes, cubic zirconia, or moissanite
Are these moissanite?
No. We do not sell moissanite or diamond simulants. Every stone we set is a genuine lab-grown diamond
Does my ring include an IGI report?
Every AIMINIA ring includes a paper IGI grading report for its center diamond.
Side stones do not come with individual grading reports.
What is the quality of your diamonds?
We only use premium stones. Our standard quality is D or E color (Colorless to Near Colorless) and VVS or VS clarity (Very Very Slightly Included). This means your diamond will look clear, bright, and free of visible imperfections to the naked eye. All our diamonds feature an Excellent Cut for maximum sparkle

How long until I have my jewelry?
Each piece is made to order in approximately 1–2 weeks. After dispatch, tracked express delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. Destination and customs processing can affect the final arrival date, and we will contact you if production is delayed.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 90 days of delivery under our Refund Policy. The item must meet the stated condition requirements. Engraved pieces, items resized after delivery, final-sale items and materially customized designs are not eligible unless they arrive defective or incorrect. Prior authorization is required before sending any item back.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email the carrier and tracking number. Use that link for the latest delivery status; tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Yes. We stand by our craftsmanship. Every piece comes with a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects

About Measurement Methods
How do I find the right size?
For the most reliable result, have the intended finger measured by a jeweler with a physical ring sizer. You can also compare the inside diameter of a well-fitting ring with our Ring Size Guide. At-home measurements are estimates; contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
